Join us as we learn, evolve, and shape what comes next on our mission to make better food accessible to everyone.OpportunityThe Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. He/she maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment. Service Leaders are on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break. When not busy they evaluate tasks that need completion and assist others with those tasks.What You’ll DoEnsure great tasting, high quality food is served.Help resolve food quality issues.Support food safety, including hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, secondary shelf lives, and the Daily Food Safety Checklist.Resolve customer incidents and work toward positive customer experiences.Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.Develop and cross train all front of house crew.Assist with crew performance reviews.Develop future Service Leaders.Perform miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.Maintain office equipment working order and order office supplies as needed.What You’ll Bring To The TableUnderstand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.Familiarity with office paperwork.Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.High school diploma.Restaurant experience.Open availability: at least four (4) days each week, including Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday, with a minimum of 32 hours per week.What’s In It For YouTuition assistance (Up to $5,250/year)Free foodMedical, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time offHoliday closures (location dependent)Competitive compensationOpportunities for advancement (80% of managers started as Crew)Who We AreChipotle Mexican Grill, Inc.
