About the Team & Role Content is the backbone of our product and business. As a Senior Technical Program Manager focused on Content, you’ll lead cross‑functional initiatives that shape how content is ingested, enriched, trusted, and managed at scale. You’ll coordinate across Engineering, Product, Content Operations, Legal, Finance, and more to deliver resilient, scalable content systems that power user discovery, protect platform integrity, and drive long‑term success. Key Responsibilities Drive structured coordination and execution for cross‑functional content initiatives that improve reliability and value of our content catalog. Serve as connective tissue across cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring voices are heard and aligned throughout program lifecycles. Learn and dive into diverse systems, diagram dependencies, uncover root causes, and align stakeholders on solutions. Clarify program intent, surface interdependencies, and communicate progress, risks, and decisions with rigor and empathy. Create and maintain durable artifacts (process diagrams, ownership maps, communication plans) that keep programs on track and scalable. Identify bottlenecks and blind spots in current content‑related workflows and lead initiatives to increase resilience, throughput, and clarity. Design and support scalable end‑to‑end operations to enable independent delivery with minimal day‑to‑day oversight. Collaborate with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance with standards, vendor contracts, and risk mitigation practices. Partner with Product and Engineering around critical workflows such as content takedowns, DMCA compliance, metadata failures, contractual obligations, and vendor payouts. Coordinate with program managers, engineering managers, product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and leadership teams to ensure clear communication and efficient workflows. About You Successfully delivered complex programs that united Engineering, Product Management, Operations, external vendors, and business partners. Comfortable diving into how things work, both technically and organizationally. Turn ambiguous problems into structured, actionable programs and workstreams. Required Qualifications 4–6+ years of experience in program or technical program management, operations, or similar roles in a cross‑functional tech environment. Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder programs with technical and operational components. Strong systems thinking and ability to map and analyze processes, identify gaps, and drive alignment. Exceptional communication and documentation skills, tailoring messages to varied audiences. Experience with Jira, Confluence, G Suite, and diagramming platforms such as Lucidchart. Comfort operating at multiple levels of detail, from roadmap alignment to tactical process tracking. Operate with urgency and empathy in sensitive, high‑risk areas of the business. Nice to Have Experience managing projects in GenAI, ML, and applied research spaces. Experience with large‑scale content management systems.
