About the Role The Sr. Quality Analyst Manager 2 will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position involves developing and implementing quality assurance processes that align with industry regulations and best practices. The successful candidate will lead a team of quality analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure thorough inspections and assessments are conducted throughout the project lifecycle. By analyzing data and feedback, the manager will identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives that enhance overall project quality. Ultimately, this role is crucial in safeguarding the integrity of our construction projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the construction industry. Proven experience in leading quality assurance teams and managing quality control processes. Preferred Qualifications Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is highly desirable. Experience with construction project management software and quality management systems. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Manitoba. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies for construction projects. Lead and mentor a team of quality analysts, ensuring effective training and performance management. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations. Analyze quality data and feedback to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate quality assurance practices into project planning and execution. Skills The required skills for this role include strong analytical abilities, which are essential for interpreting quality data and identifying areas for improvement. Leadership skills are crucial as the manager will be responsible for guiding a team of quality analysts and fostering a culture of quality within the organization. Effective communication skills are necessary to collaborate with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring that quality assurance practices are integrated seamlessly into project workflows. Additionally, problem‑solving skills will be utilized to address quality issues as they arise, implementing corrective actions promptly. Preferred skills, such as knowledge of quality management systems, will enhance the manager's ability to streamline processes and improve overall project outcomes.
