The Cogir Foundation supports projects and causes grouped under four main axes, namely young people, seniors, cultural diversity and the environment. Location Name : Cogir (Siège social) Location City : Brossard Job Status : Permanent : Full Time Job Schedule : Day time Hours per week : 40 Purpose of the position Reporting to the Payroll Director, the ideal candidate will be called upon to work in a dynamic team in order to support the payroll department in their daily life. The position holder must be an organized person and have proven abilities to manage a high volume of sensitive information and requests from multiple stakeholders with always the same quality of work, while respecting tight deadlines, all of this, 'an autonomous way. He will have to work on several files simultaneously. Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Prepare, balance and reconcile with human resources and payroll data Coordinate and conduct all accounting and reconciliation activities to ensure that all accounts relating to payroll, benefits, pension, workers' compensation and union dues are balanced on time and exact Manage all checks received from government agencies and employees and ensure they are processed Establish, where applicable, any report relating to human resources and payroll in EmployeurD and all other regulatory reports. Take charge of the organization and implementation of all of the department's activities, from design to implementation of projects Handle third-party payment reconciliations and disbursements Any other related task The ideal person has : Knowledge of payroll legislation, accounting practices and principles and compliance Ability to multi-task, process a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Exemplary collaboration with internal and external clients and with all levels of staff. Required qualifications : Minimum of three years of experience performing analytical tasks and other human resources and payroll activities Familiarity with complex HR / Payroll processes and procedures Excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP Knowledge of several payroll systems, including EmployeurD, an asset Bilingualism both oral and written (10% weekly) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
