Title: Condominium Manager Job Details Inland Property Management Ltd., a growing Alberta employer, is searching for a RECA‑Licensed Condominium Manager to join our Edmonton team. Location: Edmonton, AB (on site). The role requires traveling to condominium projects throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities. Start as soon as possible. Responsibilities Administer a residential and commercial condominium portfolio, working closely with the Board of Directors. Effectively communicate with the Board and Owners. Provide day‑to‑day management essentials for each property. Provide professional guidance regarding obligations and accountability. Develop annual operating budgets and re‑forecast as necessary. Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules and conduct annual site inspections. Negotiate and implement contracts with service providers. Oversee maintenance activities with service providers. Administer arrears collection. Qualifications 1–3 years of direct experience working with condo boards (board meetings, AGMs, contract negotiation, maintenance, documents, budgeting). Mature, courteous interpersonal skills with affinity for teamwork and positive resolution. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Robust follow‑up system for issue resolution. Excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Professional demeanor when interacting with boards. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Excellent communication with clients, management, broker, and team. RECA‑Licensed Condominium Manager.
