This role requires a strong background in maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesTo ensure that the building assets are secure, maintained and running smoothly, Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of tasks including facility maintenance, repair and troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and inventory management.You thrive working in a hybrid environment that combines traditional office work with more hands-on work throughout the building.As a member of the Joint Health & Safety team, you ensure all building compliance and regulatory items are maintained.You collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless facility operations and maintenance.You execute the preventative maintenance schedule through a computerized maintenance management software.You organize, prioritize, and provide day-to-day assignment and direction to your team to ensure clean and safe maintenance of all club assets and equipment.What you need to land this roleHigh School Diploma or equivalent is necessary.
