Job Description

GOS is interested in understanding the Resource's experience with GOS, or comparable entities, as it relates to the technical and business landscape. Describe in detail. This requirement is heavily weighted.

Demonstrated Project Management experience successfully managing team resources, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities.

Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by experience working with all levels within an organization and understanding business priorities. This includes practices and techniques to establish and lead a project through a governance framework (i.e., project team meetings to Executive Steering Committee meetings). Describe in detail. This requirement is heavily weighted.

Demonstrated experience managing at least two (2) large application development projects with cloud integrations (large means budget of at least $500,000). Provide project complexity, budget, and team size. Describe in detail. This requirement is heavily weighted.

Proven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating significant experience in successfully working in an IT project environment with an ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Significant is defined as completed project management experience combined with years of experience. This requirement is heavily weighted.

Demonstrated experience in creating and managing project management documentation. Examples would include project plans, schedules, project budgets, change orders, and project status reports.

Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager leading several Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) implementation projects in an IT environment. Candidates are to provide up to 3 different examples of COTS projects they've managed. Experience working in the public sector is considered an asset.

Skill Set Info
