Opportunity Overview Be among the first 25 applicants for the Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Canada & APAC) position at Stingray, a growing music, media and technology company located in Montreal. The role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and Operations (Canada, LATAM & APAC) and focuses on content development, promotional tool creation, strategic planning and operational support for the Sales & Marketing team. Responsibilities Develop and maintain an understanding of Stingray’s portfolio of products, brands, business models and markets. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Marketing and Operations and the sales team to support client and sales initiatives. Be the primary point of contact for marketing clients in Canada and APAC. Maintain up-to-date promotional schedules and client launch plans. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for campaign launches. Collaborate with internal teams to create content and promotional tools. Create a monthly newsletter for clients. Write campaign briefs and contribute to user acquisition strategy. Plan trade show and event participation. Perform product monitoring to ensure service images or text are properly displayed and optimized. Assist with tracking and planning promotional ad buys. Help deliver assets to clients on time. Participate in brainstorming for marketing campaign development. Perform related tasks as needed. Qualifications University degree in marketing or a related discipline. Experience working in a related environment. Fluently bilingual in English and French. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Experience in the television, mobile or tech industry (asset). Understanding of creative and production processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data and write post‑mortems. Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Positive attitude and team player. Self‑motivated and self‑starter.
