We’re looking for a skilled, curious, and motivated engineer to join our team and help shape the future of Web3.How you will make an impactCollaborate with protocol teams to deploy and operate blockchain nodesEnsure high availability and scalability of our systemsMonitor and alert on system performance and availabilityTroubleshoot and debug issues in development, test, and production environmentsParticipate in on-call activity and provide support for production systemsImplement and maintain system automation and configuration managementWhat you bring to the teamIdeally 3-7 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or SRE roleStrong understanding of Linux fundamentals and how a kernel worksExperience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, GrafanaExperience with system engineering and automation tools such as Ansible and TerraformExperience working in a remote environment or willing to do soStrong written and verbal communication skillsTechnologies we useAnsible, Linux, Bash, DatadogTeams you’ll collaborate with most oftenIn addition to collaborating with other DevOps team members, this role will collaborate most often with our Protocol Intel team, DevOps Blockchain and DevOps Staking teams.Why you might be excited about usAt Figment, we offer an exciting range of competitive benefits designed to support and empower every member of our team:100% remote-first environment. Figment is committed to transparency regarding pay, benefits, and other compensation types for all internal roles as well as all roles being hired for.Base Salary: The CAD base salary range for this position is CAD $130,000 - $150,000.
