About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager at Absorb, you'll be the key driver behind our product strategy and roadmap. You'll dive deep into understanding our customers, the Absorb business, and the market to create products that delight and help Absorb lead the LMS space. You'll work with the latest AI innovations, upskilling techniques, and personalization tools to build products that truly wow our users.

Your Role:

As a Senior Product Manager at Absorb, you’ll design and implement strategies that empower customers to educate their audiences efficiently, minimizing overhead and maximizing impact. Imagine being the key player who navigates through ambiguity, transforms market insights into actionable strategies, and creates vibrant, engaging communities. You’ll collaborate with a team of passionate professionals, manage relationships with stakeholders, and bring exciting new products to life.

What you'll do:

  1. Enhance Customer Efficiency: Determine strategy and measure outcomes to allow customers with self-serve tools and functionality to help them educate and engage their audience.
  2. Build Thriving Communities: Lead the development and management of community features, focusing on creating experiences that drive learner engagement and moderation capabilities to keep communities healthy and vibrant.
  3. Conduct Customer Discovery: Perform market research, interview customers, review data to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
  4. Drive Product Development: Guide our product from concept to launch. strong>
    1. 5+ years of experience in Product Management or similar experience in B2B SaaS organizations
    2. Empathetic & curious, strength in using customer research, qualitative and quantitative data to make decisions
    3. Excellent team and relationship building abilities, with both internal and external parties (engineers, business stakeholders, partners, etc.)
    4. Strong communication and writing skills, including the ability to distil complex topics into effective, executive-friendly presentations.
    5. Expertise in applying agile and software development methodologies, including facilitating trade off decisions on technical approach, balancing speed to value, customer experience and system health
    6. Project management and problem solving skills, with excellent business acumen.
    7. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field; or equivalent industry experience
    8. Candidates with a background in Community based Products are highly preferred
