Analyst, System and Infrastructure Operations, Maintenance and Development As a systems and infrastructure operations, maintenance and development analyst, you support IT efficiency. You design, automate, configure, administer, maintain, develop and upgrade large‑scale products, services, management systems and platforms based on the organization’s needs. You analyze and diagnose complex issues related to the delivery, implementation, development, administration and stability of the platforms under your purview. You provide opinions in accordance with your discipline’s rules and recommend solutions to improve and optimize standards, policies and programs. You propose implementation plans. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You coordinate the planning, design and execution of projects and initiatives. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You serve as a resource person for your unit, clients and partners. Responsibilities Identify, input, analyze and interpret the data required to support testing phases, implementation strategies and decision‑making when selecting IT solutions and automating appropriate tasks. Ensure the development and enhancement of our security posture and infrastructure operations by meeting the organization’s needs. Identify situations that could significantly affect the quality and stability of environments and provide advice on how to implement recommendations based on the impacts and risks or opportunities for improvement associated with change management. Respond quickly in situations that require urgent action when incidents affect the stability of environments. Prepare and recommend action plans to address complex issues in accordance with rules and parameters. Actively help develop and automate tasks and implement and update policies, practices and standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of four years of relevant experience. Knowledge of French is required. Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered.
