OverviewOur Leamington based client, the fastest growing bio-control company in North America, is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Talent Hunter to join their dynamic team. This individual will perform outbound hunting for executive and technical talent throughout North America. Successful candidates will demonstrate a great deal of emotional intelligence, outstanding communication skills, exceptional resourcefulness and passion. This company currently has just over 50 employees and are hoping to have more than 250 in the next 5 years in both Canada and the United States.ResponsibilitiesInfluencing and persuading technical and executive personnel who say they are happy where they are working - avid outbound huntingIdentifying and prioritizing wealth-generating positions/roles in the companyCreating and maintaining redundancies for all roles, especially critical rolesReviewing and analyzing employees\' productivity dataCoordinating performance reviewsConducting employee workload analysis as neededMatching employees\' work with their talentsTraining and making arrangements for training to enhance productivity for the company and career development for the employeesIdentifying training needs for team members\' professional developmentReviewing and coaching each team member on personal performance promises monthlyCoordinating with head hunters and recruitment agenciesCreating and nurturing a social network of top-needed talentCreating and maintaining employer branding in social media / websiteRecruiting new employees, CO-OPs and volunteersNetworking with agriculture and related institutes for sourcing talentAttending job fairsQualificationsBachelor\'s DegreeMinimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experienceWilling and able to participate in relationship-building activities with prospects and salespeople outside of normal business hoursSalaryApprox. $70-$80K yearly, depending on experienceHow to applyReply with resume to tara@personnelbyelsie.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
