Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSalary :Technical Services ClerkMusselwhite MineOrla Mining is striving to be the emerging gold producer of choice with a geographically diversified asset base, aprospective development and exploration portfolio, an experienced management team with a successful track record,and a high-quality board and shareholder base.Orla operates the Camino Rojo Oxide Gold Mine, a gold and silver open-pit heap leach mine, located in ZacatecasState, Central Mexico. This low-cost operation is 100% owned by Orla, covers over 139,000 hectares, and includes alarge sulphide mineral endowment located beneath the oxide resources. We are also advancing permitting anddevelopment on our South Railroad Project, a feasibility-stage, open-pit heap leach project located on the prolificCarlin trend in Nevada. This project is part our larger South Carlin Complex which includes a prospective landpackage. We recently acquired the Musselwhite Mine located in Northern Ontario on Lake Opapimiskan, a gold minewith more than 25 years of operating history. The addition of Musselwhite has allowed Orla to more than double ourgold production and provide a strategic entry into a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction. Reporting to the TechnicalServices Manager, the Technical Services Clerk plays a key role in providing administrative support to the TechnicalServices department. The Technical Services Clerk works closely with all branches of the technical servicesdepartment : Mine Engineering, Production Geology, Ground Control, Projects, and Continuous Improvement.Responsibilities include :Perform general administrative duties as requiredManage procurement, service entry, and time entry tasks in SAPCoordinate travel changes for Technical Services personnelSupport planning and execution of safety and training activities for the departmentSupport central filing duties to support Engineering file storageData entry for tracking mine and department KPIsTrack and manage office supplies and equipmentSkills and Experience :Minimum Grade 12 education, or GEDMinimum 2 years of clerical / administration experienceFamiliarity in Microsoft Office Suite applicationsBasic understanding of mining terminology and processes an assetDemonstrated client service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team of professionalsExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening)Detail-oriented, and able to prioritize to ensure deadlines are metAbility to work with a diverse teamAbility to accurately multi-task in a high paced environmentMaintain a positive attitudeWorking ConditionsThe work schedule for this position is either 7 days on / 7days off or 14 days on / 14 days off, working 12 - hours days. #J-18808-Ljbffr
