Benefits, RRSP and Company Vehicle Included Full-time permanent position Field position – travelling to client sites daily Must have CFAA certification, or be about to write the final exam What you will be doing Perform Rack-up, Programming, Verification and Inspection of fire alarm systems, access control and intercom systems, along with other fire protection equipment. Perform inspections and service on products. Complete and return inspection reports in a timely manner. Provide technical support to customers as needed. Provide operational training to end-users. Ensure our customers and end-users have a positive experience working with us. Read and understand engineered drawings, specifications, programs, schematics, installation manuals, and service manuals. Ensure work is performed in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and company procedures. Qualifications MUST have Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) Registration or comparable qualification. Technicians shall have 3‑5 years of experience within the Fire Alarm industry. Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Ability to lift equipment and tools up to 70 lbs and climb ladders and scaffolding. Possess a full G Driver's License. Possess a valid and clean motor vehicle license. Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel is an asset. Must be able to consent to a background check. Must be available for some on‑call work.
