As part of the Nacon group, creā-ture Studios Inc. is focused on PC and Console original IP.We’re looking for an Associate Producer with leadership experience and a deep understanding of production and team management principles to support the development of our titles. Our ideal candidate thrives in supporting and leading cross-disciplinary teams and is comfortable managing development in close collaboration with senior leadership.As the Associate Producer on our unannounced title, you’ll ensure consistent delivery of sprint and milestone goals, while helping shape a productive and creative environment. You’ll also play a key role in team growth, helping identify and onboard new talent while championing a fun and dynamic production culture.RESPONSIBILITIESAssist Producers in tracking and managing project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple discipline specific teamsCoordinate with design, art, engineering, and QA teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on prioritiesMonitor project progress, identifying risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues to senior production staff when neededMaintain and update project documentation, task boards, dashboards, and production tools to keep accurate and current recordsFacilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings to ensure team goals are metHelp track asset creation, integration, and testing processes to maintain quality and consistencyCollaborate with localization, audio, porting and other external support teams to align schedules and dependenciesContribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment within the teamREQUIREMENTSExperience in video game production, project coordination, or related fieldStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)Understanding of game development pipelines and processes for art, design, engineering, and QAAbility to work collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team environmentProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approachPassion for video games and knowledge of current industry trendsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an assetFamiliarity with Unreal Engine or other game engines is a plusREQUIRED APPLICATION MATERIALSYour CV highlighting education, experience, skills, and shipped titlescreā-ture Studios Inc. is a fully remote studio, focused on making games in a different way.
