We recognize and value each employee's contributions to our success, which is why we offer competitive compensation including an annual bonus program, 100% company paid health benefits including a professional attire benefit, employer-matched pension plan, paid continuing education (including immersion courses), and career advancement opportunities within our brokerage.Culture CodeDo goodBe betterOwn itMove forwardCreate funThe Senior Property Insurance Specialist I is primarily responsible for processing a variety of personal lines policies and intricate insurance contracts related to residential homes and personal belongings.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesProcesses a variety of personal lines policies and intricate insurance contracts related to residential homes and personal belongings.Processes personal lines policies and contracts often including items such as residential and recreational property, boats and other personal pleasure craft, and jewelry under the supervision of a more senior licensed broker.Identifies client needs and provides information on varying insurance packages such as risk coverage, benefits and other policy features best suited to meet the client's needs; works with clients to manage and reduce their risk.Recommends and implements a client’s insurance coverage, premiums and collects payment; promotes Brio Insurance products and services.Responds to emergencies and assists clients with their claims.Writes new policies with multiple locations and boats independently.Maintain a Personal Lines book in excess of $850K in premium (subject to Manager discretion).Assist with internal training of new staff.May supervise branch staff.Support the achievement of department and organizational goals as well as actively participates in regular staff meetings.Maintain open communication and cooperation with other staff to ensure a friendly and efficient work environment.Maintain thorough knowledge of and adhere to organizational policies and procedures on risk management, confidentiality, security and fraud prevention.Essential QualificationsWorking towards completing or holds Level 3 Brokers Insurance license.Understands specifics about coverage limitations to: vacant dwellings, seasonal, rentals, Course of Construction and mobile homes etc.Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy.Ability to work in fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure.Ability to prioritize using sound judgment to make timely and effective decisions.Knowledge of Brio Insurance products and services.Ability to follow standardized policies and procedures.Knowledge of risk management within the insurance industry.Proficient computer skills.If you are interested in this position, apply todayContact Informationhttps://accesscu.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/Brio_Careers/details/Senior-Property-Insurance-Specialist--Full-Time--Permanent--Brio-Leila_JR100349 #J-18808-Ljbffr
