ALPHACAM est un logiciel CAD CAM intelligent et intuitif pour le travail du bois, du métal et de la pierre.

Êtes-vous la personne que nous recherchons ? Vous pourriez l'être si : Vous comprenez le processus et les étapes de la vente et vous vous efforcez d'offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle. Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent ou d'une expérience équivalente. Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en développement commercial dans le domaine de la vente technique. Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le support et/ou la vente de logiciels CAD/CAM Vous êtes à l'aise avec des chaussures de sécurité et vous vous déplacez dans un magasin. Vous êtes très à l'aise avec les logiciels, y compris les produits Microsoft et éventuellement Salesforce. Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Vous êtes disponible pour voyager si nécessaire Vous connaissez le secteur des armoires de cuisine

À quoi ressemblera votre semaine de travail ? Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes : Développer et maintenir des relations professionnelles avec les clients existants Établir, développer et maintenir des relations professionnelles avec les clients potentiels Organiser et réaliser de manière proactive des activités stratégiques de développement des ventes techniques : stratégie de prospection, recherche de nouveaux prospects, qualification des prospects. Documenter et suivre chaque vente et activité de prospection dans Salesforce Organiser et réaliser des réunions de démonstration de logiciels avec des prospects afin de présenter les solutions qu'Alphcam peut apporter Préparer et présenter des devis aux prospects et faire les suivis nécessaires pour conclure le processus de vente Négocier et signer les contrats avec les clients Répondre aux questions, commentaires, plaintes ou besoins des clients existants ou potentiels. Représenter l'organisation lors de divers événements et salons professionnels. Participer à la retraite annuelle de l'entreprise (en personne) Participer à toute formation requise par Planit

We are the authorized Alphcam reseller for the woodworking industry in Canada and we are looking for a Technical sales Reps to develop the territory. ALPHACAM is intelligent and intuitive CAD CAM software for woodworking, metal and stone cutting.

Are you the person we’re looking for? You might be if : You understand the sales process and stages and are focussed on delivering an amazing customer experience through it You have a University Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience At least 5 years of experience in business development in technical sales You have at least 3 years experience supporting and/or selling CAD/CAM software You are comfortable wearing security shoes and walking around a shop You are very comfortable with softwares including Microsoft products and possibly Salesforce You have good English skills in both verbal and written You are available to travel as needed You know the Kitchen Cabinet industry

What will your work week look like? Your responsibilities will include : Develop and maintain professional relationships with existing clients Establish, develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects Proactively organize and perform strategic technical sales development activities: prospecting strategy, finding new leads, qualifying leads Document and track each sale and prospecting activity in Salesforce Organize and perform software demonstration meetings with prospects to showcase what solutions Alphcam can bring Prepare and present quotes to prospects and make the necessary follow-ups to conclude the sales process Negotiate and sign contract with the customers Respond to questions, comments, complaints or needs of existing or potential customers Represent the organization at various industry events and trade shows. Attend the annual company retreate (in person) Attend any training required by Planit
