2026 Toronto Blue Jays Seasonal Opportunities The Toronto Blue Jays are hiring for the 2026 season A Gameday position means contributing to an unforgettable fan experience throughout the ballpark. Join our winning team We are seeking self‑motivated, driven, and customer‑focused individuals to fill seasonal roles throughout our organization. These are seasonal roles aligned with the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule, spanning from approximately February to November 2026. These positions are part‑time contracts. Our Interview Fair will take place on January 17th and January 18th at the Rogers Centre. Roles Activation Team Member Assist in the set‑up, execution, and tear‑down of all Toronto Blue Jays and Rogers Centre events. Reports to the Coordinator, Activation Team and works closely with the Promotions & Events team and Activation Team Leads. Ballpark Experience Team Focus on the full fan experience from entry to seat. Work gates or in sections, welcoming fans, facilitating ticket scanning, providing directions, ushering fans to proper seats, and monitoring assigned sections. Elevator Operators Transport guests to different levels of the stadium during events, while providing customer service. Facility Services Attendants Provide a clean, safe, welcoming environment for baseball, concerts, and special events. Retail Sales Associates Provide best‑in‑class service at Jays Shop and Concourse Kiosks. Tasks include building relationships with fans, operating point‑of‑sale system, stock processing, visual merchandising, and general organization/maintenance. 50/50 GameDay Ambassadors Represent Jays Care Foundation and sell 50/50 raffle tickets during Blue Jays home games. Must work all 81 home games and other Rogers Centre events as required. Qualifications Commitment to providing excellent customer service Master multi‑tasker who thrives in fast‑paced environments Exceptional problem‑solving skills Interest in baseball and stadium operations Availability for all 81 Toronto Blue Jays home games, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Accessibility & Diversity Blue Jays has a strong commitment to diversity, accessibility, and inclusion.
