Cambridge Forums Inc. has been creating cornerstone meetings for pre‑eminent advisors, executives, and public‑sector leaders for over 20 years and is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable Associateto join our teamReporting to the Director, Program Accounts & Finance, the Junior Accounts Receivable Associate will coordinate every aspect of the registration process (sales cycle) – from acceptance through to collection of funds, and financial reporting.You will interact with clients, respond to inquiries, provide information and support, and execute aspects of programs related to AR and financial cycle.Responsibilities:Provide exceptional client services with professionalism in verbal and written communications in alignment with our service excellence expectations.Execute client interfacing Program AR cycle, including:Data entry: invoices for payment by recording cash, cheques, wire transfers, and credit card transactions (in multiple foreign currencies).Maintain updated customer information in Microsoft Business Central/CRM.Interact with program participants for payments, respond to inquiries, provide information and support.Ongoing communication with the sales team, project managers and logistical team.Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.Proactively connect with clients to collect receivables by sending invoice reminders and communicating with participants via phone or email.Investigate and resolve customer queries.Review and flag potential issues once programs are in market.Produce financial reports, including but not limited to weekly status reports, Program P&L’s, analysis of costs, etc.Education & Experience:2+ years working in a corporate environment, preferably with senior level executives or luxury brands.Clerical Accounting Experience.College Diploma or University Degree in Business, Administration, Finance or Accounting.Must have customer service experience or proven abilities.Proficient working in an MS Office Environment (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an asset.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an asset.Core Skills and Competencies:Customer centric.Ability to manage receivables with accuracy and efficiency.Ability to manage a high volume of emails and transactions on an ongoing basis.Professional and diplomatic communication skills enabling you to deal effectively with customers and staff.Proven organizational and multi‑tasking abilities.Critical thinker capable of assessing and managing shifting priorities.Independent time and deadline management abilities.Ability to work fast‑paced, dynamic team‑oriented environment.Flexible and willingness to learn.We are based in downtown Toronto and follow a hybrid work model, where employees are required to work 2 days per week onsite.If you have a high energy level and want to join a growing business that believes that strong performance goes hand in hand with work‑life balance, we would love to hear from you.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesStrategic Management ServicesVaughan, Ontario, Canada CA$60,000.00-CA$65,000.00 – 3 days agoToronto, Ontario, Canada CA$50,000.00-CA$65,000.00 – 4 weeks ago #J-18808-Ljbffr
