Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Area Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple medical clinics. This role involves hands-on management of clinic staff, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Clinic Area Manager will play a critical role in driving clinic performance and fostering strong relationships with both staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations at multiple medical clinics.
  • Develop and implement clinic management plans to optimize operations and staff performance.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of clinic staff.
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointment coordination, and overall patient experience.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly operational reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives tailored to clinic needs.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships and cultivate new partnerships.
  • Work with various Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
  • Travel to clinic locations across Southern Ontario as required (50% travel expectation).

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing or supervising medical clinics in Ontario (required).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with leadership.
  • Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle (required).

Compensation

  • Pay Rate: $23.00–$28.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Work Hours: 25–40 hours per week (Full-Time)
