Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will develop scalable Power BI reports and semantic models that enable faster, smarter decision‑making across Sentrex. A Day in the Life Build, optimize, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and datasets, including semantic models for financial and operational reporting. Design and develop efficient data pipelines using Azure Databricks, SQL/PLSQL, Python/PySpark, and Azure DevOps. Support Finance team members by troubleshooting and enhancing KNIME and Python/Pandas workflows during month‑end and planning cycles. Document data models, pipelines, and reporting assets; keep version control and clear documentation for cross‑functional teams. Collaborate with Finance to understand KPIs, terminology, and business objectives, ensuring BI solutions align with financial goals. Mentor Finance team members on Databricks, Power BI, and data engineering best practices. Work with the BI team to optimize performance, governance, and cost‑efficiency of data solutions. Participate in establishing a semantic layer and standardized business definitions to ensure consistency across reporting assets. Explore AI/ML techniques for predictive and prescriptive analytics within the Finance function. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 3‑5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Data Engineering role. 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure Databricks and the Medallion Architecture. Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, Python (pandas), PySpark, and Power BI DAX. Experience working in Azure cloud environments and Azure DevOps. Expertise in building complex Power BI reports with DAX, datasets, and semantic models. Experience creating FP&A dashboards that integrate multiple data sources. Knowledge of financial reporting and healthcare operations, especially pharmaceuticals or patient support programs, is a plus. Interest or experience in AI/ML, Unity Catalog, data governance, and secure data sharing. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
