More specifically, the potential Project Manager will join our Evaluation and Restoration (ER) Division. As a Project Manager within our ER division, individuals with direct experience dealing with Contaminated Sites, Site Remediation, and Monitoring will be required, as well as direct experience with the coordination and management of environmental site assessment projects including:Risk assessments Remediation projects Using both provincial and federal regulatory frameworks, diligent interpretation of environmental data, the comparison of sample results to applicable standards/guidelines and data QA/QC, along with industry best practices is expected. The successful candidate will join a growing team to provide project management, technical support, and leadership. The Project Manager will support, mentor intermediate and junior staff with a focus on health and safety, team collaboration, high-quality work, innovation, efficiency, and focused client relationships. The successful candidate will also work with other like-minded individuals to protect our natural environment and water resources, while powering our world for future generations.The Project Manager is a hybrid role with the option to work remotely or at one of our Arcadis offices. project site kick-off meetings, client meetings, in-office meetings, etc. We take pride in uplifting our staff and offer upward mobility as they develop and enhance their work experience, their skills, and show a desire to seek a planned and mentored career path.As a Project Manager, you'll be expected to provide project management on small, large, and complex environmental projects including:Development and management of scope, schedule, budget Technical resources Project risks evaluation and mitigation Procurement, technical advice, and report preparation and review Adhere to and support corporate policy and procedures, and maintain and support quality, health and safety, and performance management systems while managing and mentoring staff. As part of the ER team, you'll manage and direct technical tasks and field programs for contaminated site investigations, feasibility studies, remediation design and implementation, hydrogeological studies, and monitoring programs.As an experienced manager, you'll be expected to provide technical expertise in support of ongoing business pursuits and environmental projects in various sectors including:Brownfields and industrial redevelopment

You will be responsible for ensuring that site/client project management (non-technical) objectives are defined and met (i.e., manage technical budgets and provide oversight of intermediate and junior staff work for regulatory compliance and technical accuracy, QA/QC. Contribute to ongoing technical knowledge and innovation initiatives within Arcadis.

Individuals with working knowledge and experience in environmental compliance and associated guidelines/legislation for provincial and federal requirements including CCME are required. Direct experience working at contaminated sites such as: Industrial facilities Commercial processing plants Federal government properties Wind farms and solar facilities Experience working for clients in industrial, development, and federal and provincial government sectors is necessary. Proven ability to design and implement field programs, analyze data, write reports, provide quality control and assurance, and present results to Clients is required. Excellence in communication and collaboration skills that facilitate detailed planning, timely decision-making, and efficient implementation is a must. A valid driver's license is required. Willingness to travel to project sites and meetings as necessary is expected. p>Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Geoscience, Engineering, or related field.
