You must be licensed to practice in either British Columbia, New Brunswick or Quebec.Through our published research study on cannabinoids for the management of chronic pain beginning in 2015, patients following Apollo's treatment plan reported 43% less pain and those using opioids halved their dose on average of 26mg/day to 13mg/day in the first month. We are happy to send you more details if you're interested in joining our growing group of physicians.Responsibilities Provide efficient assessment, diagnosis, therapy and support to our patients, Veterans of the Canadian Armed ForcesProvide consultation with service providers and collaborate with our existing Psychologists may be requiredPsychological case managements input, recommendations to the interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, psycho-social barriers, and conflict managementOther duties as assigned.ExperiencePhD. or PSY.D. in PsychologyCurrent registration with the College in either British Columbia, New Brunswick or QuebecExperience in the field of health psychologyExperience with veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces and their families would be an asset and the ability to establish a positive rapportExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively adapt to changing schedules and prioritiesComfortable with providing support via virtual tools including video and telephoneOther DetailsApollo is a growing organization in the exciting, fast-paced and evolving industry of medical cannabis.
