The Beneficiary Attendants see to the comfort, well-being, safety and general needs of residents by providing them with hygiene and comfort care.

We are looking for beneficiary attendants to complete our care team.

Schedule: Full-time position, part-time day, evening and night, on call. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer ringtones Assist and accompany residents in their travels Collaborate in maintaining the bond of trust with the families or loved ones of the residents as well as with the various stakeholders (CLSC, CSSS, etc.) Ensure the accompaniment of residents to activities, the dining room and appointments at the home Notify the nurse and/or the person in charge of health services of any changes observed in the state of health of the residents Respond to all emergency situations

Health Care

Assist the nursing staff in tasks that require no hands-on care of the resident In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity .

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset Good communication Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset Discretion and respect for confidentiality Up to date CPR / AED training certificates

PDSB training

Law 90 training DEP Recognized - Beneficiary attendant
