  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate process inefficiencies.

  19. Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
  20. Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry experts and regulatory bodies.
  21. Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
  22. Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to executive leadership.
  23. Utilize advanced analytics and data-driven insights to guide strategic and operational decisions.
  24. Monitor and analyze project performance metrics, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  25. Implement data-driven approaches to enhance project outcomes and organizational performance.
  26. Drive the adoption of digital tools and technologies to support data-driven decision-making.

Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements

  1. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or an advanced degree in a relevant field.
  2. Extensive experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or medical device sector.
  3. Strong leadership skills to guide the PMO and inspire project teams.
  4. Certification in Project Management (PMP) and expertise in Six Sigma methodologies.
  5. Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements.
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Proficiency in data analytics and the use of digital tools for project management.
  8. Ability to travel as required.
