Responsibilities Own and manage the clinic, making autonomous decisions about its direction. Provide clinical leadership and ensure all patients receive the best accessible, quality eye care with leading equipment. Coach and motivate the clinical team to achieve daily excellence and continuous learning. Engage with peers through the global optometrist network, the Optometry Steering Group, and the Partner Advisory Council to share ideas, stay current on clinical initiatives, and discuss meaningful ownership topics.
