Scale Attendant & Training Co‑ordinator Minimum responsibilities: Operate the weigh‑station scale with working hours of 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Enter accurate data into our computer system. Communicate with drivers in person to determine type of material being dumped. Direct trucks to the appropriate location on site. Process payment from customers, as needed. Maintain EMS maintenance documents for heavy equipment. Maintain training matrix and documents as required. Maintain records in Concorde Spark for all required drivers licenses. Complete abstracts and verify license status on a scheduled basis. Communicate with department leaders on training due. Schedule training as needed. Other job‑related duties as needed. What We Need From You Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to remain seated for extended periods. Must be able to pass all pre‑employment verifications. What You’ll Get From Us Competitive wages: $50 k annually.
