This is a hybrid position with the possibility of working remotely up to 3 days per week. Your tasks will include : Supervising and developing an accounting team Producing, analyzing, and presenting periodic financial statements and supporting budget planning Managing daily cash flow, validating payments, and collaborating on cash flow forecasts Overseeing the annual closing and external audits, and implementing recommendations to strengthen internal controls Supervising inventories, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions to optimize costs. Contributing to the continuous improvement of financial processes and acting as a strategic partner to management. Other related tasks. What we are looking for : CPA designation. 8-10 years of experience, including team supervision, ideally in an SME or multi-site environment. Proficiency in NCECF standards, ERP, and advanced Excel.
