Department Overview Our audit professionals provide strategic guidance and independent oversight across the bank. We mitigate risks, recommend process improvements, and ensure adherence to internal and external regulations. Responsibilities Provide expertise in planning and executing end‑to‑end audits in line with audit plans, policies, and regulatory guidelines. Lead the planning process for assigned audits, ensuring appropriate programs and risk assessments are completed. Support audit opinions, presenting findings and recommendations to client and audit management. Manage follow‑ups on new findings from regulatory and internal audits, ensuring documentation is current. Identify process failures and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiencies. Stay knowledgeable about emerging trends, analytical tools, and techniques to deliver quality results within tight timeframes. Act with integrity, observe regulatory guidelines, exercise due diligence, and handle confidential information discreetly. Build a fair and positive work environment, encouraging open communication and maintaining good relationships to achieve common goals. Job Requirements Over 5 years of relevant experience and an undergraduate degree. Relevant professional certifications or accounting designations. Hands‑on knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and Internet applications. Experience in data and analytics considered a strong asset. Ability to work multi‑functionally, guide team members, and foster cross‑functional collaboration. Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective in a fast‑changing environment.
