OverviewSenior Security Advisor – Desjardins Group Security Office. Develop and optimize security measures to align with corporate objectives, lead large‑scale projects, provide strategic direction, and serve as expert advisor to senior management.ResponsibilitiesLead large‑scale development projects and initiatives with organization‑wide impact.Advise clients and partners to plan, develop, execute, and monitor strategic projects.Identify, analyze, report, and diagnose major issues and recommend solutions to decision‑making bodies.Develop and update policies, standards, models, and programs to support strategic projects.Offer security training programs to internal employees to promote ethics and compliance.Represent the unit before senior management committees and decision‑making bodies.Negotiate on behalf of Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with external partners and organizations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field.Minimum eight years of relevant experience.Knowledge of French required.Other combinations of qualifications and experience may be considered.BenefitsCompetitive salary and annual bonus.Four weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year.Defined benefit pension plan for retirement income.Group insurance including telemedicine.Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment.Employment DetailsMid‑Senior level, Full‑time, Other Information Technology and Management, Banking industry, Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area.EEO StatementDesjardins is an equal‑opportunity employer.
