Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science/Business. MBA or other advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is highly valued. Certifications in digital marketing, product management, or related fields (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Google Analytics) are a plus. Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels of the organization. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with product & marketing colleagues. Proven ability to provide the overall marketing direction for a solution, or set of solutions in an industry or functional area, including building a market-driven business case, developing a marketing and launch plan, creating compelling messaging based on customer pain points, and working closely with customers, industry experts, press and analysts. Deep understanding of technology and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences; Passion for technology and technical products.
