Middleware Specialist

Overview : A leading General Contractor specializing in Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) projects is seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to join its team in Toronto, Ontario. Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring high-quality submissions that align with client needs and company standards.
• Collaborate with business development, estimating, and project teams to gather technical information and tailor proposals accordingly.
• Develop engaging written content for RFQs, RFPs, and other client submissions, effectively highlighting the company's strengths and project experience.
• Manage proposal timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate proposal design and layout, ensuring a visually appealing and professional final product.
• Continuously enhance proposal templates, processes, and content to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience :

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in ICI construction, real estate development, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Proposal Writing Expertise: Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills to craft compelling and persuasive content.
• Project Coordination: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively across various departments.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy, formatting, and consistency in proposal submissions.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems is an asset.
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a proposal, marketing, or business development role within the construction or real estate industry.
• Education: Post-secondary diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
