Job Description The Vendor Management Coordinator plays a role in supporting the organization’s vendor lifecycle. The primary focus is on managing vendor onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure smooth vendor integration. Responsibilities Coordinate end‑to‑end vendor onboarding, including intake assessments, privacy impact assessments (PIAs), and legal documentation. Manage the vendor questionnaire process and evaluate responses for quality, security, and compliance. Maintain and update vendor scorecards and risk assessments. Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Privacy, IT Security, Finance) to ensure timely reviews and approvals. Track contract renewals, terminations, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain centralized documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Support the development and refinement of vendor management processes and tools. Qualifications Post‑secondary education in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or administrative coordination. Experience with contract management and compliance processes is an asset. Strong understanding of vendor onboarding, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and vendor management tools or platforms.
