Here Is What a Typical Day Looks Like Coach and mentor your team with the guidance and support of your manager Review client data entries, invoicing and coverage selection for compliance Process changes to insurance policies and endorsements, while ensuring your team’s client activities are dealt with effectively Conduct sales calls and up‑sell products to new and existing clients to contribute to the growth of the business Remain up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers Continue self‑development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses The value you bring General Insurance Level 2 License required History of modeling the way when implementing initiatives and best practices Strong time‑management and training skills in a deadline driven environment Involvement in industry related associations and your community Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal Hours: Full‑time, permanent - 37.5 hours/week Location: Cranbrook, BC Salary Range: $61,000 - $71,000 Requisition #: 82383 Candidates must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday as part of the regular schedule At Western, we prioritize the well‑being of our employees and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity within our communities.
