You Are:
You are a passionate and dedicated Applications Engineer with a solid background in IP design and integration. With 3 to 7 years of experience in ASIC design, you bring a wealth of knowledge in simulation, verification, and RTL synthesis. Your expertise spans multiple steps in the IP design or integration flow of ASIC/SoC design, and you have hands-on experience with silicon bring-up and characterization in a system environment. You thrive in dynamic settings, quickly adapting to the latest industry specifications and applications across various market segments. Your excellent organizational skills and proven communication abilities enable you to effectively interact with customers, guiding them through their SoC flow and resolving technical challenges. You are committed to meeting tight schedules and managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful outcomes for our cutting-edge PCIe/SERDES IP products.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborating with Synopsys’ customers to integrate leading-edge Interface IP into their ASIC SoC systems. Providing IIP integration guidance throughout the SoC flow, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Resolving technical challenges and performing integration reviews at key milestones. Supporting silicon and system bring-up, ensuring successful deployment of next-generation products. Staying updated with the latest industry specifications and applications in various hot market segments. Traveling up to 20% to support customer engagements and integration activities.

Empowering customers to successfully integrate Synopsys’ advanced PCIe/SERDES IP products into their ASIC SoC systems. Driving the adoption of Synopsys’ cutting-edge technologies in next-generation products. Enhancing customer satisfaction through expert guidance and technical support. Contributing to the development of high-performance silicon chips and software content. Supporting the continuous innovation and advancement of Synopsys’ IP portfolio. Facilitating the smooth and efficient deployment of industry-leading technologies across various market segments.
What You’ll Need:
3 to 7 years of related design or customer experience. Strong ASIC design experience with simulation/verification and RTL synthesis. Experience in multiple steps of the IP design or integration flow of ASIC/SoC design. Hands-on experience with silicon bring-up and characterization in a system environment. Technical knowledge of Interface IP such as PCIe, USB, MIPI, HBM DDR, LPDDR protocols.
