Job Description


We are seeking an experienced QuickBooks Consultant to assist our client in Halifax with the implementation and integration of QuickBooks for their team. This is a 4-6 week project with flexible work hours, where your expertise will be critical in ensuring a smooth integration to the new system.


Key Responsibilities for the Job:
  1. Integrate QuickBooks with other business systems and software, such as CRM, payroll, and inventory management, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the transition.
  3. Train staff on best practices and usage.

Experience & Attributes for Success:
  1. Proven experience with QuickBooks implementation and integration.
  2. Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  3. Excellent communication and training skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
