Position Summary Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant with a strong background in full‑cycle accounting within the real estate development industry. In this role, you will manage day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Oversee full‑cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting standards. Manage month‑end and year‑end closings, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision‑making. Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and financial transactions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information. Monitor cash flow and prepare regular reports for management. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits as required. Qualifications 3+ years of full‑cycle accounting experience in the real estate development industry. CPA not required. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
