Scribd is dedicated to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.You WillLead the development and execution of product strategy and vision to increase subscription growth and improve retention, leveraging insights into customer behavior and market trends.Continuously optimize the subscription journey, identify pain points, and opportunities to improve the user experience and increase conversion.Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions, identify growth opportunities, and establish clear success metrics.Drive product strategy in ambiguous settings, using product management frameworks to clarify objectives, mediate diverse viewpoints, and propel growth and user engagement.Understand customer needs and behaviors by conducting research, data analysis, and usability testing to inform strategies that reduce friction along the customer journey.Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Analytics, Product Marketing, Engineering and Customer Service teams.You Have5+ years of product management experience, with 2-3 years in a Growth role, preferably in a subscription business.Deep knowledge of growth experimentation tactics and the customer journey, with a proven track record of driving subscriber growth and retention.Strong proficiency in data analytics, A/B testing, experimentation, and funnel optimization.Experience developing pricing and packaging strategies that drive revenue growth and deliver strong global price-to-value for users.Experience working with loyalty programs.Knowledge of product management frameworks and their practical applications.Familiarity with user experience best practices, intuitive design and user journeys; experience conducting user research and usability testing.Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.Compensation and BenefitsWorking at Scribd, Inc. compensation includes a base pay range based on location, level, and market benchmarks. In California, the expected salary range is between $139,000 and $216,500. Outside California, the range is between $114,500 and $205,500. In Canada, the range is between CAD 145,000 and CAD 192,500. The salary range reflects scoped level and may vary for different levels. This position is eligible for equity and a comprehensive benefits package.Locations and EligibilityAre you currently based in a location where Scribd is able to employ you?
