Responsibilities Troubleshoot production issues and respond to design‑related inquiries. Collaborate closely with production personnel to understand capabilities and limitations. Provide hands‑on support to ensure design intent is maintained during fabrication. Assist Purchasing in sourcing parts and materials aligned with project requirements. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers. Assist with project costing and budgeting. Coordinate logistics and shipping of materials in partnership with the Logistics team. Ensure regulatory adherence with Trade Compliance. Schedule tasks and manage timelines effectively. Communicate clearly across departments and external stakeholders. Travel internationally as needed. Create and revise mechanical drawings using SolidWorks. Interpret welding symbols and develop braking/forming layouts. Maintain high attention to detail in drafting. Generate complete and accurate Bills of Material. Basic electrical knowledge: voltage, amperage, wiring, and familiarity with UL and CE certifications. Qualifications Technical diploma or equivalent experience in mechanical or manufacturing engineering. SolidWorks proficiency required. Experience in a production or fabrication environment preferred.
