Job Description

You will lead experimentation efforts, designing and analyzing A/B tests to enhance user retention and product performance. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and Data Engineers to translate data into actionable strategies and present insights to executives to drive high-impact decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve user engagement and retention
  • Work with large-scale datasets to uncover user behaviour trends and optimize key features
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for product teams and executives
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and Marketing to drive data-informed decision-making
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in tech, SaaS, or consumer-facing platforms
  • Experience with raw clickstream data (telemetry event data) and handling datasets of 100M+ records
  • Strong expertise in A/B testing, experimentation methodologies, and statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python for data analysis
