Join to apply for the Project Advisor, Print- VAughan, ON role at TPH 4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Position Details Title: Project Advisor, Digital Print Location: ONSITE VAUGHAN, ON Employment Type: Full-time, hourly Reports to: Manager Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Responsibilities Assisting the Manager in immediately responding to inquiries Capturing the customer's specifications into detailed estimates or work orders Itemizing job specifications, pricing details, and other instructions Expediting work orders into production Ensuring that all work in the location is moving and will be completed before the customer's deadline Handling cash and invoicing in strict compliance with TPH policies and procedures Regularly verifying and updating account and contact information, keeping the Manager informed of status Working with the manager to maintain customer relationships Ensuring the accuracy of data input into our systems Preparing print-ready PDF files from customer-supplied artwork Skills Experience with MS Dynamics Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Adobe Acrobat Experience with MS Office Experience with CRM tools (asset) Customer service experience in a retail environment A consultative approach to working with customers Team leadership skills Estimating and upselling Strong written and verbal skills About You Detail-oriented, accurate – close attention to and review of work orders for accuracy and completeness, quality control Sense of urgency – thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Reliable – maintains consistent productivity, punctual and strong work ethic Coachable – open to feedback, collaborates and communicates with team members and customers, adapts to new technologies Problem solver – innovative, consults others for solutions when unexpected challenges arise About TPH TPH is a Canadian-owned family business operating 65 retail production centres in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario & Nova Scotia.
