Senior Technical Consultant

What will you do?

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will be part of a team of enthusiastic Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) specialists. Based in our virtual office in Poland or on-site at the customer, you will be working on high impact and challenging projects at large national and international organizations in the financial, energy, telecom and high technology industries.

All of our consultants work on projects that are focused on delivering maximum value to the customer. Depending on the project, you will work on defining PaaS strategies/business cases, actively implementing a platform that will automate customer processes via innovative, custom platform applications. Therefore, it is crucial that you are both IT- and business-oriented, since this position requires you to connect to both worlds.

To do your job with the required quality, we will provide you with continuous training and coaching to ensure you gain the necessary skills in the area of Platform-as-a-Service. Depending on the type of project, a Senior Technical Consultant will be involved in the following tasks/responsibilities:

  1. Translate functional requirements into technical designs by always keeping focus on platform performance, maintainability, and upgradability.
  2. Safeguard technical implementation quality based on prescribed designs.
  3. Build solution designs in line with implementation best practices of ServiceNow and internal Plat4mation implementation guidelines.
  4. Make sure Junior Consultants adopt and adhere to implementation guidelines.
We ask
  1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or Information Technology.
  2. At least 3 years’ work experience as a Technical Consultant.
  3. Strong analytical skills.
  4. Fluent in English; German or French is a big plus.
  5. Good communication skills and result-driven.
  6. Creative mind and a problem-solving way of working.
  7. Passionate about technology.
  8. Living in or willing to move to Poland.
  9. Willing to travel within Poland.
