Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Lawyer based in Toronto, ON, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Lawyer will manage a diverse caseload, provide legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in various litigation matters. Responsibilities include preparing for court hearings and appeals, conducting detailed legal research, and mentoring junior professionals. Qualifications Extensive experience in litigation, including personal injury claims and LTD denials. Proficiency in legal drafting and document preparation, including pleadings, affidavits, and agreements. Strong legal research and analytical skills. Exceptional oral and written advocacy, including negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple cases independently while meeting deadlines. Licensed to practice law in Ontario and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
