Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for a Repair & Maintenance Lead at our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centre located in Wilcox, SK. As a Repair & Maintenance Lead you contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of grain handling and/or crop input facilities. You are responsible for the repair and maintenance of high throughput grain handling and crop input facilities, utilizing both in‑house and contract maintenance resources. Qualifications Mechanically inclined with relevant maintenance experience Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent customer service skills Detail‑oriented with demonstrated accuracy Willingness to relocate An agricultural background would be considered an asset Richardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities.
