Our ambition is to end the HIV epidemic. Position Summary Lead the strategic direction and performance of a key product in Canada, creating and delivering strategic plans that drive competitive readiness and enhance brand performance. Shape and advance our legacy in HIV, lead cross‑functional teams, and execute initiatives that position ViiV as a market leader. Responsibilities Develop strategic and operational plans, including sales and access plans, key performance indicators, forecasts, and performance optimisation processes. Lead projects and programs with input from internal cross‑functional teams and external partners (e.g., Sales, Agencies, PAAB). Build and nurture effective working relationships with global and regional counterparts to ensure alignment with global strategies and plans. Lead and develop a Product Manager within the team. Conduct market opportunity analyses, develop strategies and visions, prepare budgets, and implement tactical plans as part of the annual brand business review process. Provide ongoing analysis of market forces impacting opportunities and threats, and develop scenarios and action plans to address challenges. Build direct customer relationships to enhance understanding of the patient journey and create patient‑focused value offerings. Collaborate with training partners and sales leadership on analytics, skills development, challenging conversations, and objective setting. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the HIV therapeutic environment to inform decisions that positively impact business outcomes. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing/commercial roles. Minimum 5+ recent years in a specialty role. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Strong organisational skills; ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects. Self‑motivated with an agile mindset and a fearless approach to collaboration. Strategic thinker with problem‑solving skills. Effective team‑based teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration skills. Strong leadership and influencing skills with motivation of peers. Growth mindset and challenging status‑quo. Data analysis skills, including ROI tracking and analysis. Strong presentation and communication skills, articulating value propositions to management, peers, and customers. Preferred Qualifications Master of Business Administration (MBA).
