Position Overview WorkCentive Inc is looking for a passionate Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team. These individuals enjoy a technical challenge (no coding) and can thrive in a rapid, iterative service delivery model to enable customers to leverage ICM software (Varicent, Performio, CaptivateIQ). There are two types of candidates that fit the role: Technical background and people person. Business background with strong Excel or Access skills. The Implementation Specialist’s primary objectives are: Requirements gathering and model configuration for ICM implementations using our Rapid Deployment Methodology (training provided). Work with our team to continually refine methodology tools, templates, processes, and solutions. Job Responsibilities Contribute to the success of WorkCentive-led implementations of ICM. Collaborate with the Project Lead/Manager; Implementation Specialists do part of the work with managers. Drive continual improvement of the Rapid Deployment Methodology. Job Requirements Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with colleagues and external clients to address customer needs. Confidence to guide clients on best solutions aligned with client and organizational objectives. Demonstrated history of adapting methodology and improving product and practices. Willingness and patience to learn from & mentor others on the technical and functional aspects of ICM. Team player in a fast-paced environment; able to work independently to drive account objectives. Entrepreneurial, self-starting personality able to take initiative and deliver high-quality deliverables. Education Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of work experience. Travel Requirements Between 10‑25% travel, with expenses covered, upon return to a post‑COVID world. Other Details Seniority level: Entry level. Employment type: Full‑time.
