Job Location Bower Dental Centre, Red Deer, Alberta Associate Dentist – Full‑time Bower Dental is seeking a passionate Associate Dentist to join our close‑knit team on a full‑time basis in Red Deer, Alberta’s vibrant mid‑sized city. Located perfectly between Calgary and Edmonton, Red Deer offers the ideal balance of urban amenities and small‑town charm, with quick access to the stunning Rocky Mountains and countless outdoor adventures. Compensation Associates are compensated on a fee‑for‑service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections and higher (depending on experience). What We’re Looking For Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited school or university program, or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process. Registered or in process of registering with the Alberta Dental Association and College. Eligible to practice dentistry in Alberta (we welcome those registered in other Canadian provinces). New graduates welcome – we provide comprehensive mentorship. Strong communication skills with a genuine passion for patient care.
