Our client is looking for a Sr. Data Conversion Business Analyst to support our client with Data Integration Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Conversion & ETL : Lead and manage the conversion of data from legacy systems to new platforms. Design, implement, and validate ETL processes to ensure smooth data transfer and integrity.
Consulting and Business Analysis : Act as a consultant to clients within the Justice and Enforcement sector, gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and providing data-related solutions. Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation : Collaborate with business users to collect, define, and document data conversion requirements, use cases, and business rules. Ensure that requirements are clearly communicated to the development teams.
System Design & Analysis : Analyze data sources, systems, and transformation processes to create detailed system designs and specifications.
Data Mapping & Transformation : Perform detailed data mapping and transformation activities between legacy systems and new systems, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data.
Testing & Validation : Develop and execute test cases to validate data conversion processes and ensure data accuracy. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve any data issues that arise.
Project Management Support : Work closely with project managers to track progress, manage timelines, and ensure data conversion tasks are completed within the specified scope and deadlines.
Client Support & Training : Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the data conversion lifecycle, and assist with training end-users on new systems as needed.
