The production growers will be responsible for harvesting, cleaning, and maintaining the farm.Work hours for this team will average 45 hours per week, from Sunday to Thursday, with weekends off (Friday and Saturday).They will be making between $20 and $22 per hour.It will be a strict, process-driven environment, 100% bug-free and contamination-controlled, including entering/exiting the facility, harvesting, cleaning and maintenance.General Requirements – Production Grower (Farm Plant Worker)No previous experience required —training is provided .Experience infarming, greenhouse work, harvesting, or food productionis an asset.Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a production environment.Comfortable working with plants, handling repetitive tasks, and maintaining quality standards.Reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.Basic communication skills inFrench or English(bilingualism preferred, butany level is acceptableas long as they can communicate).Ability to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights as needed.
