Relief Pharmacist

This is an on-site role for a Relief Pharmacist located in Cobourg, ON. The Relief Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, counseling patients, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations. Additional tasks include maintaining inventory, collaborating with the pharmacy team, and providing guidance on over-the-counter medications as needed. The role requires a high commitment to quality patient care and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide patient counseling. Verify medication safety, interactions, and dosage. Manage inventory and oversee pharmacy workflows. Administer vaccinations (if certified) and provide health consultations. Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers. Adhere to provincial regulations and company policies. Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics. Requirements 1+ years of pharmacy experience (retail/community preferred). Experience with Fillware is preferred. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
